Owen Peter Thomas

'Owen Peter Thomas (b. Berwick-Upon-Tweed, BA Camberwell) is a London-based fine artist with a particular interest in our affective responses to urban space. His large-scale, mixed media works often begin life as photographic observations, which are then reimagined through painting and drawing-based techniques. His artworks explore questions of architectural form, repetition, scale, and unity, as well as concepts of interiority and exteriority. He has previously exhibited at Gallery 54, Lewisham Art House, Cafe Gallery, and Newcastle Arts Centre.'
